1. Mode of Shipment:

    • For domestic deliveries, our courier partner is DHL, while for international shipments, we collaborate with ARAMEX and UPS.
  2. Express Delivery:
    • Standard shipping charges are included in the product price unless a special express delivery is requested.
    • Additional shipping charges may apply for instant express delivery requests, ensuring faster delivery times.
  3. Customs and Shipment Costs:
    • Jas International will bear the complete costs of shipment and any required customs clearances at source.
  4. Transit Damages:
    • All transit damages are covered under our Customer Service Guarantee. In such cases, replacements will be sent free of cost. However, our robust packing standards ensure that transit damages are extremely rare.

Expected Delivery Times

  • The estimated time for dispatch is provided on the respective product details page.
  • While we strive for prompt dispatch, delivery may take up to 7 days for domestic shipments and 10-20 days for international shipments, subject to local guidelines.
  • For bulk orders, delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon based on the order quantity.

In Case of Unusual Circumstances

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety, the undelivered part will be canceled, and you will receive an email notification.
  • Payments for the canceled portion will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.

Multiple Shipments

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you believe the product packaging is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please:

    • We will ensure a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Discrepancy in Delivery

Local Pickup

    • You are responsible for your country’s customs duties and taxes.
    • If you decline to pay customs fees and the package is held or abandoned by customs, no refund will be provided.

Domestic and International Delivery Timelines
