Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within the specified time frame from the date of delivery, as mentioned on the Product Description Page.
  • The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered, and in saleable condition with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.

48-Hour Cancellation Refund Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it.
  • For eligible cancellations, a refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7 working days.
  • Payment gateway or aggregator charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Eligible orders will not incur any additional cancellation charges.

Quality Check Process

  • All returned products will undergo a quality check upon receipt at our warehouse or Jas International store.
  • If a product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to the customer, and no return or exchange will be processed.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  1. For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:
  • Products that are damaged, defective, or not as per the order can be returned or exchanged within the specified period, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
  1. For Other Reasons:
  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect are allowed; however, shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
  1. Products Purchased During Sale:
  • Products purchased during sale periods can only be exchanged during the same sale period, subject to stock availability.

Return & Exchange Modes

  1. Pick-Up by Jas International:
  • Return or exchange requests will be processed after the product is picked up, received at our warehouse/store, and passes the quality check.
  1. Self-Courier:
  • Customers may also return the product themselves to the designated address. The product must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

All return or exchange requests will be completed within 7-10 working days upon successful quality check.
