Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Return or exchange requests must be made within the specified time frame from the date of delivery, as mentioned on the Product Description Page.
- The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered, and in saleable condition with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
48-Hour Cancellation Refund Policy
- Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it.
- For eligible cancellations, a refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7 working days.
- Payment gateway or aggregator charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Eligible orders will not incur any additional cancellation charges.

Quality Check Process
- All returned products will undergo a quality check upon receipt at our warehouse or Jas International store.
- If a product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to the customer, and no return or exchange will be processed.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
- For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:
- Products that are damaged, defective, or not as per the order can be returned or exchanged within the specified period, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- For Other Reasons:
- Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect are allowed; however, shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
- Products Purchased During Sale:
- Products purchased during sale periods can only be exchanged during the same sale period, subject to stock availability.

- Pick-Up by Jas International:
- Return or exchange requests will be processed after the product is picked up, received at our warehouse/store, and passes the quality check.
- Self-Courier:
- Customers may also return the product themselves to the designated address. The product must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
All return or exchange requests will be completed within 7-10 working days upon successful quality check.
